My name is Aubry and I am qualified in Life and performance coaching, hypnotherapy and counselling.  I am dynamic, honest, trustworthy (and offer a one to one confidential service). I have always been fascinated about how the mind works and the link between the conscious and subconscious mind.



I mainly work with adults on a wide range of issues including obsessive-compulsive disorders, acute stress, anxiety, panic attacks, anger management, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem, sleep problems and unresolved childhood issues. The list is not exhaustive and I offer a one to one confidential service with my clients.
I am non judgemental or critical and I like to help my clients to explore their past in a safe and trusting environment. I endeavour to empower my clients to link their past to the now. Once this has been achieved the client can then move forward. I am very approachable and open minded. I like to help people succeed and this is my main reason and drive of being a professional counsellor.



This is a fascinating field and can deal and solve many issues. I can when needed use it as part of my counselling therapy or as a stand alone tool.

Hypnosis involves in getting a patient into a trance like state which allows them to have a enhanced state of awareness. When this is achieved the conscious mind is supressed and the subconscious mind is revealed.
I use hypnotherapy to suggest ideas, change negative patterns or bad habits and lifestyle changes in a positive way. It is a type of psycho
therapy. It can be applied to many psychological, emotional and physical disorders. I have used hypnotherapy in age regression which can pin point the time and reason for the negative patterns which carry on into adult hood.

Life coaching helps you look at where you are now and where you would like to be in the future. If you are ready for change in your life then the benefits can be enormous.

A caveat of life coaching is that it deals with the now and future so I would never life coach a client receiving counselling as a tug of war situation would happen. The difference between counselling and life coaching is that counselling deals with the past and life coaching deals with the future.
